Outrageous gas prices!

Is it just me or is the United States falling off as the place other countries once envied? America in 2008 resembles that of the 1930's. Families are losing their homes to foreclosure, and I think it's safe to say that it's becoming more expensive to drive to work everyday. Gas as of April 16, 2008 is a crazy $3.39 a gallon, depending on where you live.
Now, I'm no Einstein by far, but I think these prices hit close to home whether you make $80,000 a year or $20,000. Let's face it, every race, creed, color and religious background is feeling the crunch. Like a virus, this crisis shows no favorites.

The white collar affluent lawyer will succumb to this disease just like the blue collar factory worker. Perishing is inevitable, the question is the time it takes to devour both host.

What do you have to say about these rising gas prices? Voice your opinion. Be heard!!!
